Vacant home refurbishment

LMH have forecasted that it will have over 1,000 new tenancies in 2011/12. All vacant homes will undergo some level of maintenance activity before the property is relet to a new customer.

HMS will aim to support LMH in meeting the minimum repair standards in all Vacant Home repairs and work to minimise the time taken to complete those repairs. Working closely with the LMH client team, HMS will aim to minimise possible duplication and maximise innovation through the use of technology.
