Planned maintenance

The HMS Business Plan identifies this activity as a growth area over the term of the Business Plan. Undertaking these activities will strengthen the team’s skills and offering back to LMH.

These works will include external prepaint repair and painting works, environmental works and minor improvement projects. The delivery of these projects is very different to reactive maintenance, however, the core trade skills operational staff will have will enable the efficient movement of staff between workstreams to achieve targets.
